Will has been working tirelessly to get this awesome event insurance program up and running. The innovative part of it is it is completely web-based - no agent to deal with, no waiting on a quote, instantaneous certificate of liability. All things, by the way, I never thought I'd care about. But I'm super proud of him, and I think this will work. I know personally I hate filling out a form and waiting for someone to contact me. Like other 21st centurites, I need immediate gratification from the web.
